Annual Regional Sustainable Development (ARSDC) is a conference in social sciences. The conference activities are primarily delivered by and for researchers and academics. ARSDC aims at providing, sharing and expanding the opportunities, experience and knowledge among researchers of social sciences on regional sustainable development across the world.

ARSDC was founded by the Institute of Social Sciences of the Central Region and was firstly named Annual International Social Sciences Conference (AISSC) in 2019. AISSC was organised two times in 2019 and 2020 with the topic Tectonic Government and Regional Development respectively. By 2022, AISSC is renamed ARSDC. This is a milestone of the coordination between the Institute of Social Sciences of the Central Region and the EM Normandie Business School in order to co-organise an international conference.
